Super cute vintage smiley face paper weight with three faces on wires, can be bent in different directions.
Color is more yellow than pictures look, two of the faces are a little more bright. They all three faces have tiny nicks/chips around the edges and the round base has some discoloration I have not tried to clean. There appears to be something missing from the middle maybe, there are several plastic nubbins where maybe flowers or something were?
