Rare vintage German heavyweight knit sweater by EOW, likely 1970s–1980s East German (DDR) origin. Features bold abstract geometric pattern in neutral tones with a Bauhaus-meets-brutalist vibe. Cozy heavyweight mohair blend (60% Wolpryla, 30% wool, 10% mohair). Ribbed neckline, hem, and cuffs. Made under a VEB (state-owned) textile mill in Darmstadt/E. A true piece of Eastern Bloc textile history and perfect for retro, avant-garde, or streetwear styling. Excellent vintage condition. Tagged size 46. Approx 21.5" pit to pit, 26.5" long, 29" sleeves from collar.
