Vintage 1948 Argosy Hunting Prints Framed Set of 4 Fox Hunt Art by Henry Alken

Vintage framed print set featuring four classic fox hunting and equestrian scenes originally published by Argosy Picture Publishing in 1948. The prints were cut from the original publication and professionally framed at a later time. Titles include "Skimming the Fence," "Some Rough Terrain," "A Disagreeable Position," and "The Difficult Hedge."

All four pieces are housed in matching black frames with gold inner trim. The artwork displays rich period color and detailed linework. Due to age and previous framing, original copyright margins were trimmed, and one frame has taped dust paper on the back. Frames remain structurally sound and display well.
