SuperATV’s Polaris RZR 900 S Z-Bend Tie Rod Kit is made to pair perfectly with our RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for a combination that’ll make your RZR virtually unstoppable. Specially designed gussets and durable solid steel rods improve reliability while maintaining steering control. Our tie rods are engineered to support our biggest lift kits and keep you in total control on every ride.

Built Better: We engineered every detail of these tie rods to make them as strong as possible. They’re a full 1” in diameter for strength and made with powder-coated chromoly steel that’s resistant to rust and decay. Industry-leading heim joints strengthen the weakest point—the tie rod ends—for superior durability. We use huge 3/4” rod threads and rebuildable inners with 16 mm rack threads to eliminate the weak spots commonly found on OEM tie rod ends. The Z-bend distributes force more effectively too. You won’t find a better tie rod for your RackBoss 2.0-equipped lifted RZR. We’re so confident in these tie rods that we back them with a lifetime warranty.
