A beautifully crafted sterling silver turquoise heart pendant in a classic Southwestern design. This piece features a genuine heart-shaped turquoise cabochon accented by a halo of round turquoise stones, all set in solid 925 sterling silver. The open-back construction and decorative bail reflect traditional Native American silversmithing.
