This is an official LEGO product. Everything in the photos is included. One lightsaber weapon is included as a bonus.
This is the Kanan Jarrus minifigure, which was only included in the 2014 set "75053 The Ghost." Unlike the regular brown-bearded version, the black-bearded version is rarely available.
The average market price on overseas flea markets is 39,000 yen + international shipping, so I think this is a good deal.
